WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES DISTINCTIVELY SASSY BOUTIQUE ACCEPT?

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AfterPay

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME?

Packages are shipped using the USPS.
Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for regular orders. 

If you would like to pay to have your package shipped using another delivery service, please email us immediately following your purchase. Be sure to add "Change Shipping - Order# - First Name & Last Name " on the subject line.  We will invoice you for the difference in shipping. It must be paid before your order is shipped. 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED? 

All products are inspected carefully before being shipped. However, should your product be received damaged or defective please notify us via email with pictures within 3 Business Days of your confirmed delivery date. Be sure to add "Damaged/Defective Product - Order# - First Name & Last Name " on the subject line. All emails should be sent to: DistinctivelySassyBoutique@gmail.com

 

All returns must be approved prior to shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping for approved returns of damaged/defective products ONLY

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Items can be returned or exchanged for a STORE CREDIT up to 3 business days after the confirmed delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to the customer shipping. Please read our complete return/exchange policy on the  Policy/Information page. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customers will only be given the option of a refunds (to original payment source) if a product is received defective or damaged and there is not a replacement of the same product available.

 

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

Follow care instructions label. 

We suggest all clothing is allowed to air dry for best results.

All product listings include a detailed description of the product. When available additional information is provided (such as if it runs big or small). You may also look at the size chart for the standard measurements.
